Boeing Global Services is seeking a dynamic First Line Manager to lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Project Managers based in Frimley, Dublin, and Hamburg, driving the successful delivery of complex aerospace projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team of Project Managers.
• Strong background in program and project management.
• Qualification in Program Management (PMP, CPM, or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel between program centers.
