Overview

As an Enterprise Support Engineer at BlueCat, you will work directly with dedicated strategic enterprise customers to anticipate, identify, and address their technical concerns, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

In Short

  • Work with dedicated clients to optimize BlueCat products and services.
  • Create Health Check documents and agendas for PRS calls.
  • Act as a 'trusted advisor' for customers.
  • Utilize troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the BlueCat Engineering team.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services.
  • Escalate issues across multiple business units within BlueCat.
  • Own the technical relationship with customers.
  • Proactively seek knowledge and improvement.
  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with networking protocols.
  • Strong debugging skills and knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Linux.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment.
