In Short

  • Resolve customer tickets by understanding requests and troubleshooting issues.
  • Create knowledge base documents for proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams including Support, Development, DevOps, and QA.
  • Utilize Abbyy University courses for personal development.
  • Work in the office or remotely.
  • At least 2 years of L2 technical support experience required.
  • Comfortable with SQL queries and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Experience with Windows servers, Linux, and MSSQL databases.
  • Good analytical and communication skills are essential.
  • Flexible work options available.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in L2 Technical Support, Professional Services, QA, DevOps, or Development.
  • IT skills: operating systems (Windows & Linux), databases (MsSQL, Oracle), networking (OSI model, TCP/IP).
  • Experience in programming (C++); knowledge of Java or C# is a plus.
  • Great analytical skills to troubleshoot software problems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
