  • Minimum 2 years of L2 technical support experience required.
  • Comfortable with SQL queries and reading code.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or better.
  • Experience with Windows servers, Linux, and MSSQL databases.
  • Programming experience in C++ is essential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in L2 Technical Support, Professional Services, QA, DevOps, or Development.
  • IT skills in operating systems, databases, and networking.
  • Programming experience in C++ and knowledge of Java or C# is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Additional European language knowledge is a plus.
