Vercel is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist our customers with technical problems and questions when using Vercel products and services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Resolve customer concerns and technical issues.

Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.

Develop and enhance internal documentation.
Assist Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests.

3+ years in a technical support role.
Requirements
Frontend development experience with Next.js.
Understanding of modern web architecture and frontend frameworks.
Experience with incident management.
Exceptional communication skills.
Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
Availability for a weekend and on-call rota.
Experience supporting backend environments is a plus.
Familiarity with CDNs and caching techniques is a bonus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
