Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer at Ubiminds, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide exceptional support to customers using a next-generation cloud cost management SaaS platform.

In Short

  • Provide internal and customer-facing technical support.
  • Become a product expert in connecting cost sources like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Help customers build scripts and automation tools using client APIs.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using Python.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to improve product functionality.
  • Create internal knowledge bases and training resources.
  • Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • May require international travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Overlap with US East Coast time zone may be necessary.

Requirements

  • Advanced/fluent English skills.
  • Strong proficiency as a technical support engineer.
  • Experience supporting a B2B SaaS application.
  • Proficiency in AWS services and hands-on experience in identity and access management.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployments.
  • Proficiency in Python or Shell languages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Continuous learner and critical thinker.
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure Certification is a plus.
