The IT Support Specialist - Connectivity Support position involves providing virtual and onsite support for the implementation of POC Link cloud server and software upgrades in various clinical and non-clinical settings.

In Short

• Perform duties virtually and onsite at customer locations.
• Support the implementation of POC Link cloud server.
• Answer customer inquiries related to product implementation and troubleshooting.
• Capture data in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Monitor and report customer practices and testing locations.

Requirements

• Associates degree in IT-related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Familiar with cloud network and server practices.
• Proficient in cybersecurity and firewall resolution.
• Understanding of WAN/LAN networks and TCP/IP infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Previous experience in medical facilities preferred.
