IT Support Specialist - Connectivity Support (Remote - Some Travel)

Overview

The IT Support Specialist - Connectivity Support position involves providing virtual and onsite support for the implementation of POC Link cloud server and software upgrades, primarily in clinical settings.

In Short

• Primarily remote work with some travel required.
• Contract position for approximately 6 months with potential for extension.
• 40 hours per week with overtime paid at Time and a Half.
• Support implementation and troubleshooting of POC Link cloud server.
• Monitor customer inquiries via email, web, and phone.
• Capture data in CRM system for customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to Technical Services as needed.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in medical facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Requirements

• Associates degree in IT-related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Competent in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in cloud network and server practices.
• Familiar with firewall resolution and networking protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and consulting functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer-facing support in medical facilities.
