Senior Field Marketer (DACH) - Remote

Overview

Bloomreach is seeking a German speaking Field Marketer with knowledge of the DACH region for a 12-month maternity cover contract to help meet ambitious growth targets.

In Short

• Own the accounts, contacts, and marketing strategy for the DACH region.
• Allocate marketing budget across partner, customer, and prospect activities.
• Collaborate with Events, Digital, Brand, and Partnerships teams.
• Grow sales opportunities and manage customer and partner marketing.
• Run workshops, dinners, webinars, and campaigns.
• Expand Bloomreach Discovery product across EMEA.
• Report on sales and marketing KPIs.
• Analyze sales pipeline for the region.
• Lead evaluation of marketing performance.
• Self-starting attitude required.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Knowledge of the DACH region.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Wordpress preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in ecommerce, personalization, and AI.
• Willingness to take innovative approaches.
• Ability to report on KPIs and analyze performance.
• Experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
