Subscription Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Subscription Operations Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between the company and the customer regarding all things renewals, downgrades, and cancellations, ensuring a world-class experience for tens of thousands of nonprofits.

In Short

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from contract initiation to billing and renewal options.
• Be part of the team that becomes the subject matter expert on downgrades, cancellations, and renewals.
• Become an expert on product catalog and bundled offerings.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs.
• Investigate and resolve subscription discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements and explore automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in Collections, Billing, or Customer Support.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract renewals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explore and integrate AI tools into daily tasks.
