In Short

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, aiming to exceed your sales quota.
  • Generate around 30% of your pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, aiming to close a minimum of 40% of deals.
  • Lead comprehensive discovery calls and deliver live product demonstrations.
  • Ensure precise forecast reporting and effective pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Engage with the nonprofit community to build credibility and trust.
  • Gain deep knowledge of Bloomerang tools and services to support prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving at least 95% of your annual quota.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback and self-reflection.
  • Successful generation of 30% of total deals through proactive efforts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for maintaining accurate records.
  • In-depth understanding of solutions to effectively communicate their value.
