Overview

The Partnerships and Business Development Lead will oversee the partnership management strategy for Germany, focusing on reaching new audiences and enhancing market brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership strategies.
  • Strong network of partner, PR, and influencer contacts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and experience in diverse environments.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
  • Willingness to travel monthly for partner meetings.
