Overview

As a Customer Support Associate at bloomon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking and English-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met through various communication channels.

In Short

• Engage with customers through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Handle requests from both Dutch and English-speaking customers.
• Coordinate deliveries in the Netherlands.
• Work with logistics partners to provide updates to customers.
• Utilize Zendesk for customer interactions.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback.
• Work flexible hours, including bank holidays.
• Be proactive and solution-oriented.
• Support both bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands.
• Join a hybrid team across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.
• Friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
• Available for part-time or full-time shifts (24 hours +).
