• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch for inquiries related to luxury retail products.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and tracking their purchases.
• Manage after-sales inquiries, including returns, exchanges, and warranty issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality and improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
