Freelance Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team, allowing you the freedom to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing outstanding candidates to onboarding them with our clients. We’re looking for a motivated individual who can adapt quickly to changing needs and understand the importance of a great candidate experience.

In Short

• Source, interview, and assess candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to implement effective strategies.
• Document all candidate interactions and maintain accurate records to support the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of current labor market trends and best practices.
