Overview

The Marketing Associate for Germany & Austria will support the commercial performance of online and offline marketing channels, focusing on growing brand awareness and customer acquisition through partnerships and affiliates.

• Support the Partnerships & Business Development Lead for Germany & Austria.
• Manage and grow partnerships and affiliate marketing channels.
• Help build brand awareness in the German market.
• Coordinate events and workshops for press and influencers.
• Work closely with various teams to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
• Draft proposals and manage existing partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize the affiliate program.
• Travel within Germany for events and partnership activations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluent in German and English is required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to deliver impact on commercial metrics.
• Knowledge of the German market and customer behavior.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with traveling for events.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and English.
• Preferably based in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg.
