Requirements

• 3-5 years in financial crimes compliance.
• Knowledge of EU AML and US Patriot Act regulations.
• Experience improving onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience developing compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Professional certification preferred.
