The Facilities Management Commercial Manager is responsible for participating in various teams within Black & McDonald’s Facility Services business, focusing on Facilities Management across the country. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
• Proven success in developing service delivery models and pricing strategies.
• Solid background in commercial contract structures and risk assessment.
• Good understanding of facilities management services.
• Familiarity with union labour agreements and compliance standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
