Overview

The Centralized Call Centre Representative is responsible for supporting work order creation for facility services and providing excellent customer service remotely.

In Short

  • Work remotely, Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Document call information and produce reports
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Organize filing systems and follow up on calls
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a quiet and ergonomic workspace
  • Meet performance standards and criteria for remote work
  • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • French proficiency is an asset
  • Ability to work different shifts as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently
