Overview

We are looking for a social, creative, passionate, and experienced Senior Partner Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships within the video game industry and provide mentorship by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in partner management in the video game industry.
• Strong existing network within the video game industry.
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.
• Experience managing CRMs for partnership activities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Strategic thinker with partnership opportunity identification skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
• Bonus: Additional language skills (e.g., German or Spanish).
