Government Solutions Manager - Remote

Overview

The Government Solutions Manager role at Binti is an integral part of our Business Development team. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with senior government officials across multiple states to share how Binti is driving innovation in the child welfare field with our unique software solutions.

In Short

• Lead and orchestrate business capture efforts at the executive level.
• Inform and manage complex procurement processes, including RFPs.
• Engage with elected officials and state leaders to establish credibility.
• Build and progress a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Direct Government Affairs resources to drive state-specific solutions.
• Execute compelling communications to engage new potential customers.
• Coordinate with Binti Strategic Partnership Lead for smooth implementation.
• Align with the mission of improving Child Welfare technology.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-achieving consultative sales experience.
• Government/public sector sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care/child welfare programs preferred.
• Strong team focus and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior leadership levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for deal updates.
