Product Manager - Government Solutions - Remote

Overview

As a product manager with the Government Solutions business, you will spearhead the market-facing efforts to develop, expand, and enhance our product offering by analyzing RFPs, gathering requirements, and designing innovative solutions. Our mission is to positively influence driver behavior and improve road safety.

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities.
• Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance.
• Determine internal and contract/partner resources.
• Partner with hardware, engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to investment decision making and finances for the product.
• Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or another engineering/technical degree.
• MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years working in technology and product development.
• Minimum 3 years in defining requirements, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Minimum 3 years leading product strategy.
• Broad understanding of cloud and compute technologies, such as AWS/Azure.
• Experience in developing solutions against RFPs.
• Experience in developing image/video processing solutions a huge plus.
• Experience in developing mobility and road safety solutions preferred.
• Excellent skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and analysis.
