HR/Government Relations Manager - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR/Government Relations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the organization’s HR compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as overseeing government-related processes such as labor law compliance, employee immigration, and work permits.

• Manage HR compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Oversee government-related processes including labor law compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government relations.
• Monitor changes in laws and advise senior management.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and manage work permits.
• Lead the development of HR policies aligned with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of government-related documents.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for compliance.
• Organize training programs on HR policies and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR management or government relations.
• Experience in labor law compliance and immigration affairs.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications in HR are a plus.
• Knowledge of local and international labor law practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in additional languages is beneficial.
