Requirements

• Computer Science or Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring Software Engineers.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Demonstrated track record of building scalable solutions.
• Expert knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of motivating teams.
