Manager of Software Engineering - Remote

Overview

C.H Robinson is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering where you will be responsible for leading and managing teams that create complex software solutions in our application platform and or integrate 3rd party software into an existing platform.

• Lead and manage software engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in a product-led organization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or Supply Chain Management systems.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
