Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at BILL, you will deliver exceptional assistance to internal teams, customers, and partners by swiftly resolving technical issues, bridging the gap between customers, Product, and Engineering.

  • Experience with ticket management systems.
  • Ability to navigate a quality roadmap and demonstrate ownership.
  • Experience in creating and implementing new tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures.
  • High self-motivation and ability to learn with little supervision.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments.
