Overview

BiggerPockets is a media business and technology platform with a mission to help ordinary Americans succeed in real estate investing. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help scale our rapidly growing suite of tools designed to help real estate agents build their businesses.

In Short

• Responsible for selling BiggerPockets newly-launched lead program to investor-friendly real estate agents.
• Build great relationships with real estate agents and brokerages.
• Understand client needs and sell lead programs.
• Self-starter with a passion for helping real estate agents.
• Base salary of $31,000 with uncapped commission.
• Potential earnings estimated between $75,000 - $110,000 in the first year.
• Cold calling and maintaining CRM (Hubspot) of prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed sales and prospecting targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and Customer Success team.
• Occasional travel for industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales/customer-facing experience.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who identifies opportunities proactively.
• Ability to create and implement new processes.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data literacy and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
