Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid media and CRM/email programs. This role is critical to accelerating our growth engine: you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our most important acquisition and retention channels. Your focus will be on driving scalable customer acquisition, increasing lifetime value, and building a cohesive, full-funnel experience.

  • Develop and execute a holistic paid media strategy across multiple channels.
  • Drive growth beyond bottom-of-funnel acquisition.
  • Innovate on new paid tactics to expand reach and increase LTV.
  • Oversee experimentation and optimization for channel ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing and paid media.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing practices.
  • Experience with SEO and search innovation.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Experience with AI tools in marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
