Director of Growth Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid media and CRM/email programs. This role is critical to accelerating our growth engine: you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our most important acquisition and retention channels. Your focus will be on driving scalable customer acquisition, increasing lifetime value, and building a cohesive, full-funnel experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing roles.
• Success in driving measurable growth across digital channels.
• Deep understanding of the modern marketing tech stack.
• Working knowledge of SEO and search dynamics.
• Strong quantitative skills including attribution and LTV modeling.
• Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional experience.
