Overview

The Agent Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for selling BiggerPockets lead program to investor-friendly real estate agents, building relationships, and helping agents grow their businesses.

In Short

• Sell BiggerPockets products as marketing solutions to real estate agents.
• Cold calling and making outbound calls to potential clients.
• Maintain CRM (Hubspot) of prospective client information.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Meet and exceed sales and prospecting targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on pipeline building.
• Work closely with Customer Success to delight agents.
• Attend industry events to promote BiggerPockets offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of sales/customer-facing experience.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who identifies opportunities.
• Ability to create and implement new processes.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data literacy and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of $31,000 + benefits with uncapped commission.
• Potential earnings estimated between $75,000 - $140,000 in the first year.
