Overview

The Federal Partner Manager is responsible for executing our partner ecosystem strategy to help achieve the Federal Team’s sales goals, building and orchestrating a complete partner ecosystem including VARs, VADs, Service Delivery Partners, System Integrators and Technology Alliance Partners.

In Short

  • Build and develop strategic channel partnerships.
  • Drive peer-to-peer relationships with ecosystem partners.
  • Coach sales team on engaging ecosystem partners.
  • Facilitate marketing connections with ecosystem partners.
  • Deliver partner sales enablement and training.
  • Run joint business plans and reviews with partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
  • Manage channel conflict and communication.
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
  • Lead joint account mapping with partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in partner management in software security.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystem in federal.
  • Ability to establish positive business relationships.
  • Experience in strategic joint business planning.
  • Track record of meeting revenue objectives.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
