Overview

As a Staff Platform Engineer at Bestow, you will lead the design and implementation of foundational infrastructure systems that power Bestow’s products, shaping practices and strategies within the platform engineering group.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with cloud-native systems.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong software engineering background in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience mentoring others and conducting code reviews.
• Product mindset with a focus on long-term outcomes.
