The Partner Success Director will own Bestow’s relationships with our top clients - leading Life Insurance companies, driving growth and expansion through effective management of enterprise-level accounts.

  • Manage post-sales partner success and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the key relationship manager with partners.

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong executive communication and analytical skills required.
  • Passionate about client service and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
  • Preferred experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Experience with complex software solution implementation.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience in creating polished client-facing presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
