Overview

The Wholesale Account Executive Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers through frequent travel and events to encourage business with 11 Mortgage.

In Short

• Establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers.
• Present loan products and business models to customers.
• Educate brokers on 11 Mortgage procedures.
• Act as a mediator between partners and operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships.
• Customer service oriented.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Knowledge of lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA).
• Ability to adapt to market changes.
• Knowledge of the mortgage loan process.
• Minimum three years wholesale mortgage lending sales experience.
