Overview

JMAC Lending is expanding its Mortgage Banking platform and is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive to service both Wholesale and Non-Delegated Correspondent clients to specified accounts and territories.

In Short

  • Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Work together with Operations Staff to facilitate loans from Submission to Funding
  • Actively manages the loan pipeline
  • Responsible for establishing new business and developing current business relationships
  • Solicits business from mortgage entities in assigned territory
  • Provides ongoing service support to clients
  • Communicates and trains clients on JMAC's products
  • Establishes and maintains an effective territory plan
  • Attends meetings of local and state trade associations
  • Stays abreast of market changes and underwriting guideline changes

Requirements

  • Experience in mortgage banking or sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline
  • Knowledge of loan products and services
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Ability to train and support clients
  • Familiarity with mortgage market trends
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
