Disclosure Desk Specialist - Wholesale - Remote

Overview

The Wholesale Disclosure Desk Specialist is responsible for disclosing and monitoring initial and revised disclosures to ensure accuracy and timeliness while complying with federal and state regulations.

• Disclose initial and revised disclosures promptly and accurately.
• Monitor change of circumstance requests.
• Verify fee and loan information for accuracy.
• Review filed disclosures for completeness.
• Stay updated on state and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Communicate regulatory requirements clearly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two to three years’ experience in disclosure preparation/review.
• Wholesale experience preferred.
• Experience with Encompass or similar LOS preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
