Overview

The Disclosure Desk Specialist with Closing Support is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, review, and delivery of loan disclosures and related documents in accordance with regulatory requirements, while also providing essential support to the closing department.

• Prepare and review accurate loan disclosures (e.g., Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure).
• Ensure disclosures are issued within required timeframes.
• Monitor and track the status of disclosures.
• Respond to borrower inquiries regarding disclosures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth loan closings.
• Serve as a point of contact for borrowers and loan officers.
• Maintain accurate records of all disclosures and closing documents.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
• Participate in training to stay current with industry changes.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan disclosures.
• Familiarity with Encompass and regulatory compliance tools.
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and lending laws.
