The Deal Desk Specialist will be a key participant in our commercial processes, enabling salespeople in crafting complex, non-standard commercial proposals and ensuring adherence to commercial, legal, security, and financial processes.

Work with sales and customer success teams to craft commercial proposals.
Serve as the point of contact on pricing, discounts, and deal structure.
Partner with Ops, Legal, and Finance for revenue recognition concerns.
Own quote document generation and management.
Ensure adherence to quote-to-contract processes.
Identify and implement process improvements for deal velocity.
2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function.
Solid understanding of CPQ tools and SaaS business models.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, and Stripe is desirable.
Fast, flexible team player with strong organizational skills.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team in a SaaS business.
Solid understanding and experience with CPQ tools and processes.
Proven ability to own and run complex deals end-to-end.
Solid understanding of SaaS business models and subscription pricing.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes as they relate to SaaS.
Prior experience with working closely across GTM, Legal, and Finance functions.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad and Stripe is desirable, but not essential.
