Deal Desk Specialist (Salesforce) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to support our sales organization by ensuring smooth and efficient deal execution. This role will be critical in reviewing pricing, structuring deals, and managing approvals while maintaining compliance with internal policies. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to facilitate seamless transactions.

In Short

• Assist in structuring and reviewing deals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
• Ensure opportunities, quotes, and contracts are accurately recorded and maintained within Salesforce.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate deal approvals and resolve pricing or contract issues.
• Ensure all deals comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and revenue recognition guidelines.
• Provide guidance to Sales on pricing structures, approval processes, and quoting best practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
