As a RevOps Salesforce Specialist, you will be the owner of our RevOps tech stack and all operational-related workflows/designs, focusing on optimizing and ensuring efficient operations.

• Act as the face of RevOps to deliver value for managers, clients, and the business.

• Provide first-line support for CRM/product/data analytics issues.

• Recommend strategic improvements to the business model.
• Perform deep data dives to identify customer experience opportunities.
• Report on past results and trend analysis to management.
