Overview

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) supports Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) throughout the mortgage lending process by managing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and maintaining communication with borrowers.

• Proficiency in Encompass loan origination software preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations, including TRID.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
