Overview

The Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist is responsible for completing accurate and compliant disclosures to borrowers within TRID timing guidelines, managing multiple disclosure pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company and investor guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in the mortgage lending industry.
• Knowledge of TRID compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
