We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Reverse Mortgage Specialist to guide our clients through the reverse mortgage process, helping homeowners unlock the equity in their homes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) as required by state regulations.
• Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) designation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in mortgage software and CRM systems.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
