Overview

The Mortgage Compliance Specialist will ensure adherence to mortgage laws and regulations while providing guidance and support to the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage compliance.
• Proficiency in Meridian Link Mortgage LOS or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion with confidential matters.
• Mortgage compliance certification is a plus.
