The National Ground-Up Construction Lender is expanding to the Southeast, focusing on new construction and providing various loan products to builders.

In Short

• Lead and grow a team of skilled loan originators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Mortgage Loan Applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Assertiveness and results-oriented behavior.
• Ability to work under changing demands.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills are non-negotiable.
• Ability to develop and retain builder relationships.
