• Work with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Experience with loan products and underwriting scenarios is essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with Florida state license (required).
• Completion of the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test (required).
• Proficiency in using LOS software and other related tools/software.
• Strong knowledge of loan structuring and borrower qualification.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of client service.
