Requirements
3+ years of mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with Florida state license (required).
Completed 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
Proficiency in using LOS software.
Expertise in loan products and underwriting scenarios.
Strong knowledge of loan structuring and borrower qualification.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Strong understanding of client service.
