In Short

  • Lead the sales charge for Kin's mortgage business.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage broker operations and drive market growth.
  • Engage with current Kin customers to understand their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
  • Track and exceed sales performance against KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on attitude.
  • Contribute to scaling Kin’s mortgage business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with Florida state license (required).
  • Completed 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
  • Proficiency in using LOS software.
  • Expertise in loan products and underwriting scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge of loan structuring and borrower qualification.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of client service.
