Requirements

• Internships in IT Helpdesk.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Enthusiasm for technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to provide in-office support in Chicago.
• Empathy and respect for all levels of staff.
