Overview

The Closing Disclosure Specialist is responsible for preparing and reviewing Closing Disclosures for Non-QM loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in documentation.

• Prepare and review initial and final Closing Disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with TRID and RESPA guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or loan closing.
• Strong knowledge of TRID regulations and Closing Disclosure requirements.
