Overview

The Payroll Administrator will validate and process payroll and commission payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll laws.

In Short

  • Validate and process sales commission payments.
  • Audit commission data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile commission reports with payroll systems.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Review timekeeping records and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll compliance with laws.
  • Manage payroll reporting and tax filings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee status changes.
  • Participate in payroll process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of payroll administration experience.
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred.
  • Understanding of payroll laws and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Degree in Accounting or HR preferred.
  • CPP designation is a plus.
